History:In 2010 I knew next to nothing about real estate, but I was ready for a career change (or just ready for a career). I earned my MN real estate license and joined Urban Enterprises as a residential leasing agent and property manager. I spent the next 4 years learning and improving my skills with customer relations and property maintenance and management.
In 2014 I started to transition my focus from my management responsibilities to helping people that are ready to purchase or sell their properties. I have worked with traditional buyers and sellers as well as short-sales, and investment properties.
2017 and beyond: I have competently made the switch and am excited to be your go-to Realtor at Bridge Realty. While I am qualified to serve people with traditional residential home sales, my background in property management allows me to especially bring value to investor buyers and sellers. My background leasing and managing hundreds of rental properties around the Twin Cities gives me a unique perspective on what to look for in a good investment. From identifying available properties, to analyzing cash flow, to negotiating the terms that are right for you, my experience is what you need when considering your next investment purchase or sale!
